The Terrace

The covered terrace is over 1800 square feet and opens to the East, where you view beautiful sunrises over the mountain tops.

The terrace is dotted with many different tropical plants which thrive in this environment. Beautifully designed casual lounge tables and chairs are liberally placed throughout the terrace.

The terrace has it's own bar that measures 11 feet across and has a solid Italian granite top. Ideal for entertaining or for morning coffee breaks.

There are six separate entrances onto the terrace; from bar, the master bedroom, the kitchen, the office and from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The terrace can be completely enclosed with hurricane protection panels, if need be.
