The Kitchen

The kitchen has the famous Poggonpohl built ins from Germany. It has a large dining island with Italian granite top and all the counter tops are Italian granite as well. There is above cabinet lighting and under cabinet lighting.

All appliances are top of the line such as a GE Monogram refrigerator, microve and oven. The kitchen also has a German Miele Counter Top Range with a designer exhaust hood and a Miele dishwasher.

There is a private door to the terrace and a large 59 square foot storage area or pantry.

Master Bath

The master bathroom is 135 square feet with Porcelanosa Italian tiles covering the floor and walls. All four bathrooms have this tile covering

There is a large Jacuzzi bathtub and custom designed double vanity with Kohler gold fixtures.

For stand up showers, the bathroom has a Hansgrohe Pharo Shower Tower with Parklane glass enclosed sides.

The master bathroom sits adjacent to the master bedroom for easy access and privacy.
