The Bar

The bar, purchased from Studio 51 in Miami, is acrylic with suffix and acrylic columns. The bar area measures 352 square feet. The surface area is 12 feet long by 6 feet deep.

The back bar display unit is 8 feet long and is all acrylic. There are 8 beautifully designed acrylic stools with soft pad seating and 2 stand up tables.

Thick, plush carpeting covers the ceramic tile floor. The bar has private double doors to the terrace, that can be opened to enhance the entire bar space requirements.

A private elevator opens directly into the bar area. The elevator door is decorated with thick, soft maroon drapes and is enhanced with a hand made, middle eastern styled iron gate which is also an excellent security gate.

The bar area opens directly into the living room, making the entire area a large, exclusive, entertainment center. An active liquor license and business license comes with the sale of The Penthouse.
